The Foundation for the University of Dunaújváros, the maintainer of the University of Dunaújváros, has approved the new institutional development plan of the University for the period 2021-2026.

On March 23, 2022, the International Line Dance and Folk Dance Club was held for the first time at UOD. International and Hungarian students who attended, could get acquainted with national dances of different nations.

On 21 March 2022, the University of Dunaújváros held an information session on the professional aspects of the MNB Horizontal Programme.

In the higher educational sphere, according to the approved institutional development plan, by the use of the opportunities of the model change the University of Dunaújváros has just started a comprehensive information technology development, which includes not only the increase of the number of notebooks and desktop computers, but the modernisation of the server and the data storing systems, furthermore the capacity extension of the nformation technology network, too.

The University of Dunaújváros has also joined the non-governmental fundraising initiative called “Újváros Helps”, to help refugees arriving from Ukraine.

A cooperation agreement was signed between the University of Dunaújváros and Linde Gáz Magyarország Ltd. The aim of the cooperation is to organise joint education, provide professional internships and organise professional events.
