The Study Office performs the activities of the university related to educational, study and (in case of Hungarian students) admission matters as a basic task. Its primary responsibilities include the management of student records and study cases, the provision of NEPTUN-based statistical data, the management of student study and social scholarship cases, the collection of reimbursement and service fees, and the reimbursement of student expenses. In the case of both Hungarian and foreign students, the Office provides the full range of administrative and study administration for students.

The process of electronic administration

  • Request/Application administration
  • Student card/sticker administration
  • Certificate administration
  • Request of Certificate of Student Status

These issues can be arranged immediately:

  • requesting a certificate of student status, list of subjecst, scholarship, consultation
  • present the applications concerning studies and finances
  • general error handling related to the Neptune system (password change, management assistance),
  • requesting and receiving a temporary student card,
  • presentation of diplomas. 

 

The following administrative issues might require several working days to solve:

  • issuance and delivery of a diploma / final exam certificate (approximately 30 days from the presentation of the required documents),
  • issuance and delivery of a diploma supplement (approximately 30 days from the presentation of the required documents),
  • issuing other certificates that are not commonly used,
