About Talent Day
The University of Dunaújváros organizes a Talent Day Conference in every Spring semester as a preliminary event of the TDK (the „Scientific Student Conference”).
On Talent Day, students can give a presentation on the topic they are working on besides their studies.
In addition to university students, we also welcome students of the Bánki Donát Secondary School who would like to present their research in different disciplines.
As with the TDK, the topics presented will be evaluated by a jury, which will then rank the presentations and propose the prizes.
For the topics presented at the Talent Day, writing an essay is not required.
Presentation time: 10 minutes + 5 minutes discussion.
Evaluation: the jury will score the presentation, determine the order of the performances and propose the rankings based on the sum of these scores. The scoring criteria are set out below.)
The prizes: all participants, students who give a presentation will receive a commemorative plaque, and students who achieve the first 3 places in ranking will receive a certificate including the achieved ranking.
The category prizes are as follow, not depending on the number of the ranked participants:
1st place: Book voucher worth 15 000 Ft
2nd place: Book Voucher worth 10 000 Ft
3rd place: Book voucher worth 5 000 Ft
The jury may award additional special prizes/prizes, which will be recognised by the issue of a certificate.
For the topics presented on Talent Day, an essay is not required, but an interactive online presentation is expected when presenting your work.
