In the end of the first semester International Office of the University of Dunaújváros organized an excursion to Budapest, the beautiful capital city of Hungary.

Despite the chilly autumn weather we had a really good and active time together. Budapest is beautiful. Although we didn’t focus our trip on the city’s main attractions the students were amazed of the atmosphere of the downtown.

We started the trip with a pretty active program in the morning: we played bubble-football. I can assure I have never seen such a lot falls during a game of football like this time, but it wasn’t matter, the zorbs were protecting us.

After the exhausting program we had a longer break in Allee mall where everyone could grab a bite and have some rest before the last station of the excursion.

The lunch break were following by a longer bus trip then we reached the Rákóczi Chocolate Museum. There we had an interesting guided tour with a chocolate tasting. We made our DIY chocolate cakes as well.

We can say that the excursion was a great success due to the interesting programs and the continuous cheerful mood. We hope that everybody has got home from Budapest with nice memories.
