The aim of the cooperation is to jointly provide modern employment, human resource development, public education, adult education and vocational training services.

At the signing ceremony on 12 July 2022, the University of Dunaújváros was represented by Dr. István András István, Rector, Dr. László Balázs, Vice Rector for Education and Orsolya Bartal, Director of the Bánki Donát Technical Centre of the University of Dunaújváros. On behalf of BIS Hungary Kft., Zoltán Csintalan, branch manager, and Attila Hidvégi, business development director of Profissimus Kft., the consortium leader of MIPA, participated in the event. The Association of Adult Educators was unable to attend today's event in person, so the signing on their behalf will take place afterwards.

The cooperation agreement includes the development of human resources not only in the school system, but also in vocational training that is also available to adults. It was mentioned that industrial companies are developing programmes that would not only meet labour needs but also ensure sustainable employment.

The activities of the University of Dunaújváros will include, among other things, the full range of theoretical and practical training. The University will organise courses in the framework of a so-called pilot programme, which will be funded by a grant and will also be offered on a self-financing basis.

BIS Hungary Kft. will also help to provide the conditions for the training and may later offer job opportunities to successful graduates within the framework of the pilot programme.

The Adult Learners' Association and MIPA (Profissimus Ltd.) are also working on the enrolment activities in the pilot programme, in addition to providing employment assistance to the programme participants.
