Between the 5th and 8th March, 2018 a delegation from the University of Dunaújváros has visited two of our Erasmus+ partner institution in the north.

Beside Dr. habil István András Rector and dr. habil Mónika Rajcsányi-Molnár, Vice-Rector of Academic and General Affairs the assistants from the Rector’s Office and colleagues from the International Relations Office represented the University of Dunaújváros.

The main aim of visiting our partner institution in Katowice was to make our cooperation more fruitful, especially to strengthen the collaboration with the Faculty of Computer Science and Materials Science in Chorzów and Sosnowiec. We had the chance to introduce the University of Dunaújváros and get to know more about the University of Silesia as well. We hope that the number of the student and staff Erasmus+ mobilities between the two institutions will be growing in the near future.

The representatives of the International Relations Office also continued their journey to our other Polish Erasmus+ partner institution, the Jan Amos Komenski State School of Higher Vocational Education in Leszno. The main goal of the meetings was to check out and negotiate the current ongoing projects and put down further cooperation possibilities in the higher-education and seek for other opportunities for the two twin towns, Dunaújváros and Leszno.
