The I Club is an initiative aimed at fostering cultural exchange and enhancing social connections among students. This time, participants had the opportunity to listen to three informative presentations from the students of Dunaújvárosi Egyetem Bánki Donát Technikum and an international student of the University of Dunaújváros.
Presenters from Bánki Donát Technikum: Asaltas Erkembileg, Dér Zsófia and Fülöp Dorka
As the first presentation students from the secondary school delivered an inspiring presentation celebrating the achievements of three groundbreaking women in science: Ada Lovelace, Rosalind Franklin, and Hungarian-born Mária Telkes. The presentation inspired the audience and highlighted the lasting impact of women innovators in shaping science and technology. The second presentation was given on the history of Merzedes-Benz, followed by the presentation of our student from Uzbekistan, who provided a fascinating overview of her home country.
Our international student Sarvinoz Makhammadieva from Uzbekistan
The presentation touched on Uzbekistan’s unique blend of modern development and deep-rooted traditions, including its delicious cuisine and colorful national dress. The I Club serves as an important platform for the university's diverse student body, offering a space for international students to feel more integrated into the community while providing local students with a chance to learn about global perspectives.
