The exhibition showcased the scientific and educational achievements and cooperation opportunities of Chinese universities in Jiangxi.

The University of Dunaújváros was also represented at the event, which took place on 18 October 2024 at the Danubius Hotel Helia in Budapest.

The Jiangxi Higher Education Exhibition was attended by Dr. Mónika Rajcsányi-Molnár, Vice Rector for Institutional Developments, Dr. László Balázs, Academic Vice-Rector and Ildikó László, Director of International Relations.

The aim of the event was to promote potential international cooperation between Chinese-Hungarian universities and colleges, exchanges of teachers and students, mutual recognition of credits, and the launch of future joint courses (double-degree programme). The exhibition showcased the programmes, research initiatives and scholarship opportunities of universities in Jiangxi Province.

The University of Dunaújváros further deepened its relations with China and signed cooperation agreements with two new universities (Nanchang Hangkong University in China, Yichun University in China).

The cooperation includes:

• exchanges of teaching and research staff between the institutions,
• exchanges of students,
• the launch of dual degree programmes,
• preparation and implementation of joint research projects.
