The 10 Chinese students participating in the Intercultural Communication and Negotiation themed   Summer University Programme had a colorful and eventful first week in Dunaújváros.

Along with actively participating in the "Intercultural Communication and Negotiation Techniques" classes held on weekdays, they also enjoyed a variety of  freetime activities.

During their first week they a city tour in Dunaújváros was organised , they visited important landmarks and sights such as the local theater, City Hall Square, the upper Danube shore, and the lookout point of Dunaújváros.

On Wednesday a Hungarian Folklore Dance -night was held, where they got a sneka peak from Hungarian culture and enjoyed dancing to pleasant Hungarian music.

On Thursday, the magical sights of Budapest were visisted by the participants, including Heroes' Square, the Hungarian Parliament, Vörösmarty Square, Váci Street, and a short walk along the Danube, provided them with immense enjoyment.

On Friday the Chinese students also met Hungarian students, with whom they spent a delightful afternoon filled with games and tasting real Hungarian food, which included a dish called Slambuc.

As the closure of the first week a trip to Tihany and Balatonfüred was organied in the frame of the Summer University Programme. During the joyful trip the students had the opportunity to visit the local sights in Tihany, and had some recreation time in Balatonfüred. 

We hope that everyone had a memorable first week at the Summer University and  the following few days will be even  more enjoyable for our participants!
