On 27 March 2023, the University of Dunaújváros welcomed international secondary school students visiting Dunaújváros in the framework of the Erasmus project of Bánki Donát Technical Secondary School. 

Edina Szilárdi, Head of the International Office, welcomed the group of nearly 50 students. She started the event with an introduction of the university, describing the courses, the campus, and the familiar atmosphere. After the presentation, the students were divided into 3 groups and had the opportunity to visit the welding and destructive testing laboratories and the laboratory for milling, grinding and turning machines.

Students from Bánki's 5 international partner schools came to spend a week in Dunajváros - Polish, Belgian, Italian, German and Turkish students. Most of the students are in technical education, so the afternoon was dedicated to introducing our engineering leboratories. During the Erasmus+ programme, the students will work on a collaboration project on robotics, the results of which will be presented at the project conference.
