Xit is a digitally-delivered student-run publication launched first in November 2021 at the University of Dunaújváros.

Orginally starting as a class project, created as a “magazine by students, for students”, Xit gives opportunity to UOD students to practice skills pertaining to editorial art design, production, finances, and more. Xit operates as an independent publication made by the students with a focus on university related news, student stories, film, music, art, fashion, sports and more.

The editorial foreword explains more about the goal of the magazine:

„Our time should not be only about studying, working or just reading our favourite authors - and this is how I see Xit as it is. Not just a magazine, it is a way of life, it is a way to meet new people, new stories, new experiences and indeed this is the concept we were using creating this first issue of our magazine.”
