Focus on the better side of things!

See the positivity in online education. Try to find those details that makes governing your own life and completing your current semester easier. You might remember a suprising amount of information if you write a list about these details you’ve found.

Learning corner

If you haven’t organised your own corner for learning yet, and you only tried to learn from your bed, your kitchen or anywhere else except a desk, you might earn a lot from making space for paying attention to your university events only. Important parts of your life have been stuffed into one apartment for now, and you would surely gain from dividing these from each other in some ways.

New achievements

Now is the time to boast your vow about „new semester, new Me”! You should plan to achieve some goals, by which you can keep up the tempo with your required activities at university. It’s important to take on duties you’re confident in being able to carry out only! You really don’t need to step miles within seconds. Focus on your success in the present! By this attitude you can fullfill your main agenda.

Make time for yourself!

Take up a calendar and list your own work needed to be done there. Organise your weeks and never skip the hours you could spend on your own well being. Use them to do anything that makes you entertained and relaxed.

Exercise and nutrition

Your immune system is needed greatly in these times – not to say you wouldn’t need it otherwise – and it is a proven fact that you can strenghten it by moving your body and nurturing it in the right way. You should use at least one hour a day for proper exercise, and also decrease the time spent on looking at electronic screens if you’re able to. This behavior might add to your learning performance as well.
