Make notes as if you were writing them to someone else

If you’re writing notes as it would be read by someone else besides you, it will make the material much more transparent, clear, and accurate. This will help you a lot, as it will be much easier for you to study for the exam.


Change location or position while studying

It is worthwhile to study different subjects in different rooms or positions, as this will stimulate your memories and make you to separate the informations a way better.


Pay attention on what you eat and drink

Instead of coffee, drink green tea, ginseng tea or juices. Instead of unhealthy snacks, choose nuts, sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds. These food and beverages contain a lot of vitamins, such as B1, B6 or B12 which can be useful especially during this period, as they stimulate brain function and also have a good effect on memory.


Ventilate frequently

Regular ventilation is essential for the brain to get enough oxygen. In addition to fresh air, you can even try essential oils (for example peppermint, coriander, rosemary, ginger, sage and fennel essential oils), which also have a brain-stimulating effect.


Take time to exercise

Haven’t you stopped for a minute of learning? Have you hunched over the booklet and the notebook all day? It is important that you take a break and move yourself. Exercise stimulates circulation, so you will be able to concentrate much better after walking or running.
