Eight students from the University of Dunaújváros took part in a short-term international study program at the (Times Higher Education ranked) Faculty of Economics of the Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek in Croatia, known as the Faculty of Economics in Osijek (EFOS) as part of the Pannónia Scholarship Programme.

The aim of the visit was to give the students the opportunity to gain experience in an international academic environment and to learn about the methods of economic education in the region.

The Hungarian students were accompanied by Dr. habil. Orsolya Fruzsina Falus, who guided them during the program. During their stay, the participants gained insight into the educational system and professional programs of the university in Osijek. The students from Dunaújváros attended lectures and practical sessions, focusing particularly on customer relationship management and modern business communication.

The program provided an important opportunity for students of the University of Dunaújváros to study in an international environment, discover new professional perspectives, and build connections with students and lecturers from other universities. Such mobility programs help students return to their home institution with broader perspectives and valuable practical experience.

The cooperation also strengthens the relationship between the two higher education institutions and may open new opportunities for future joint projects, research initiatives, and additional student mobility programs.
