The University of Dunaújváros has also joined the non-governmental fundraising initiative called “Újváros Helps”, to help refugees arriving from Ukraine.

We have designated the building nr. 33 of the Kerpely Antal Student Hostel (2400 Dunaújváros, Dózsa György út 33) as a fundraising point, where donations can be placed 24 hours a day.

What is needed:

• canned food (preferably in cans that can be opened without a can opener)
• long-lasting bread,
• baby food,
• bottled water,
• plastic cups, plates, cutlery,
• garbage bags,
• diapers,
• feminine hygiene products,
• hygienic wipes,
• toiletries, shower gel, soap,
• toothbrush, toothpaste,
• cleaning products,
• blankets,
• warm children's shoes, children's clothes (washed / clean)
• also warm clothes for adults (washed / clean)
• children's toys, eg. crayons, pencils, A4 paper, paint, etc.,
• adult and children's socks, underwear.
