I am a coordinator and coach in the dormitories of the University of Dunaújváros, where my primary goal is to support and guide international students. I worked in HR for over twenty years, complemented by two organizational development specializations.

My work focuses on ensuring that dormitory life provides more than just accommodation but for it to be an environment where students can truly connect, feel understood, and receive support on a personal and emotional level.

Conflict management is another important area, especially when students come from different cultural backgrounds. I help find common ground through empathy, open communication, and structured problem-solving discussions.

The consultation will provide a safe and trusting environment, particularly for those who may find it more difficult to open up, it will ensure that every student has access to supportive conversations that contribute to their mental well-being and successful university experience.
