During Your Stay

Stay in contact with the International Relations Directorate and your academic contacts throughout your exchange.

If you need to change your Learning Agreement, experience difficulties with your courses or encounter circumstances that may affect your mobility, please seek advice promptly. Changes to your agreed study programme should be documented and approved by the relevant institutions.

Make sure that you understand the assessment requirements of your courses and complete all academic obligations within the required deadlines.

Transcript of Records

At the end of your mobility, the University of Dunaújváros will provide a Transcript of Records documenting your completed courses and academic results.

This document is an important part of the Erasmus+ process and enables your home university to complete the recognition of your studies in accordance with your Learning Agreement.

Before leaving, please make sure that you have completed the required academic and administrative procedures and that the University has the information needed to finalise your mobility.
