Who Can Apply?
Incoming Erasmus+ student mobility is intended for students nominated by a higher education institution that has an appropriate Erasmus+ inter-institutional agreement with the University of Dunaújváros.
Your first step is to contact the Erasmus+ coordinator at your home university. Your home institution will inform you about its selection procedure and nominate you for the mobility period.
Please note that nomination by your home university is the first step, not the completion of your application. Once your nomination has been received, the University of Dunaújváros will provide you with information about the next steps and any additional documents required.
Nomination and Application Process
The application process generally follows these steps:
-
Contact your home university. Check whether an Erasmus+ agreement covers your intended mobility and whether you are eligible to participate.
-
Complete your home university's selection process. Your institution selects and nominates you for the exchange.
-
Submit the required application documents. Follow the instructions provided by the University of Dunaújváros after your nomination.
-
Prepare your Learning Agreement. Discuss your planned courses with your home university and the receiving institution.
-
Wait for confirmation. Make sure your mobility and study programme have been confirmed before making final arrangements.
Please follow the nomination and application deadlines communicated for your intended semester. Late or incomplete applications may affect your ability to participate.
Language Requirements
You should have sufficient proficiency in the language of instruction to follow lectures, participate in discussions, complete assignments and take examinations.
For English-taught courses, an adequate level of English is required. Your home university should confirm your language proficiency as part of the nomination process. Please contact the Erasmus+ coordinator if you are unsure whether your language level is suitable for your selected courses.
