MU students or graduates should submit the following documents:
- Application form filled-in and signed by the student,
- Transcript of Records of the student issued by the Sending Institution;
- The written proof of the English language knowledge of the student,
- Short curriculum vitae in English
- Motivation letter in English
- Nomination letter issued by the sending institution
- Copies of relevant pages of the passport (validity, visas, personal information).

There are three main preconditions for students who wish to apply for the MU-UOD double degree program:
1) This double degree is opened for those students of Marwadi University who successfully completed every study and exam requirement of any of the following four MU undergraduate study programs:
The curriculum of the study semesters at the University of Dunaújváros is organized in accordance with the undergraduate study program of the student applicants at Marwadi University.
- Bachelor in Commerce, BBA (at Marwadi University)
- Bachelor in Commerce, BBA Hons. (at Marwadi University)
- Bachelor of Business Administration Hons. (at Marwadi University)
- Bachelor of Business Administration (at Marwadi University)
The double degree programme is an undergraduate (bachelor degree) programme in business administration. The program is a 3,5-year-long programme of 240 ECTS credits in which students spend 2 or 3 semesters at UOD depending on the content of their bachelor study program at MU in accordance with the content of the curricula included in Appendix nr. I. and II. of this agreement.
2) Good study results in the MU undergraduate study program, motivation in the double degree program
3) English language knowledge on minimum B2 level.

Double degree in the field of Business Administration and Management
This double degree programme of the two universities is an undergraduate degree programme in business administration. It is built on the 3,5-year-long Business Administration BA program of the University of Dunaújváros and 4 undergraduate bachelor programs of Marwadi University on that area.
The program is a 4-year-long or a 4,5-year-long programme of 240 ECTS credits in which students study and fulfill the first 6 semesters of their study program at Marwadi University and following that they spend 2 or 3 semesters at UOD depending on the content of their bachelor study program at MU. At the end of the complete study process and the successful completion of all the study and exam requirements of both universities the students receives both the bachelor degree certificate of Marwadi University and the Business Administration BA degree certificate of the University of Dunaújváros.
