CALL FOR CONTRIBUTIONS

Time: 2-3 October 2025 (Thursday, Friday)

Venue: University of Dunaújváros (Táncsics Mihály u. 1/a)

Language: Hungarian, English

The aim of the conference is to review the state, processes and different areas of civil society resources, and to provide an international perspective in certain areas. The conference aims to create a platform for researchers, academics, professionals, and NGOs working on civil society, civil sector, non-profit organisations to present their recent research, exchange experiences and build networks.

The resources of civil society, in particular the non-profit sector, present a specific picture. Some types of resources are much more available than in other sectors, others are scarcer, and some are available or can be produced in very different quantities, qualities and structures. The planned topics will cover a wide spectrum of resources, covering areas related to the long-term problems, challenges and successes of the civil sector (e.g. human, financial, cultural and creative resources), but also the impact of processes (technological development, digitalisation, environmental issues, or artificial intelligence) that have created new challenges.
