Conference Publications The conference proceedings will be submitted to CEUR Workshop Proceedings (CEUR-WS.org) for publications. All papers submitted to the conference will be blind reviewed by minimum of two reviewers. The paper should be original, unpublished and written in English. The editors follows the core practices, guidelines and resources of the Committee on Publication Ethics - COPE. Oral presentation info Presentations can be made by using computer with Microsoft PowerPoint (pptx). Include all parts of your presentation in the pptx file (e.g. videos). All authors are kindly asked to take their presentation on USB drive. To present the paper it is not allowed to use own computer. Conference room is supplied with projector and computer. e-Poster presentation info
The Authors have to prepare the e-posters using Microsoft PowerPoint and submit it in PDF according to following guidelines:
Design -> Page Setup -> Width: 72 cm (28.35") and Height: 128 cm (50.5") Instead of the former settings you can download a template from this: http://www.epostersystem.com/template_en.htm, which you can edit according to your needs.
For better readability use san-serif fonts (for example Arial, Helvetica, Verdana, Lucida). Use fonts with a minimum of 24 point size. Use bigger pictures, spreadsheets or charts if possible.
File -> Save as -> PDF File name must consist the name of the presenter and the paper ID (eg. JohnSmith_9999.pdf)
